Dollies Follies Part 2 Internet-only Auction

1. The auction will begin to close on Thursday, October 30 at 7 pm. Lots will close approximately every 20 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which prevents sniping. Items will remain open for three minutes after the latest bid.
2. A preview will be held Tuesday, October 28 from 5 -7 pm at 113 Fleetline Street, Ronks, PA 17572. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items.
3. The pickup of items is Saturday, November 1 from 10am -12 noon at 113 Fleetline Street, Ronks, PA 17572. Items not claimed by 12:00 noon will be considered abandoned. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items or property not picked up by the designated date and time, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Proper identification and proof of payment is required. Your email receipt can serve as proof of payment.
4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate.
6. NOTICE: Keller Auctioneers will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by 12:00 noon.
7. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
8. Keller Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 9. Applicable taxes include PA sales tax of 6%
10. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium and 6% PA sales tax. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110 with sales tax of $6.60 for a total due of $116.60.
11. Payment accepted is MasterCard, Visa and Discover only. Buyer's purchases will be paid with the credit card used to register for this auction.
12. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. 13. If you need shipping services you can contact our local UPS Store and they will be happy to help you. UPS Store, 500 Centerville Road, Lancaster, PA 17601. Telephone: 717-898-9303, Dave or Kris will work with you to pick up and ship your items. There are no shipping or packing services offered by Keller Auctioneers.
14. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures including, but not limited to, electrical outage, storms, internet outage and computer failure.
