We are proud to present the first offering from a remarkable single-owner collection of original works by Charles Frith (1939–2005) the distinctive Chester County artist celebrated for his bold color, expressive style, and memorable coastal and regional scenes. Affectionately known as “The Mad Hatter of Cape May,” Frith developed a loyal following for his vibrant paintings that captured the charm, light, and atmosphere of the Mid-Atlantic region.
This collection was acquired directly from the Frith estate by a private collector and has been carefully preserved in storage since 2005. Now, for the first time, these works are being brought to market and offered to the public with no reserves.
Whether you are a seasoned collector, a regional art enthusiast, or simply appreciate original artwork with character and history, this is a rare opportunity to purchase works that have remained out of the marketplace for two decades.
