By entering the property, you agree to the following terms:

-Please no serious early birds. We will be strictly opening the doors at the posted start time.

1. All Sales Final

All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Payment Methods

Cash preferred. We also accept Venmo / Zelle (if applicable). All purchases must be paid in full before removal.

3. Enter at Your Own Risk

This is a private residence. By entering, you assume all risk and release the homeowner and sale hosts from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages.

We will be limiting the amount of people in the home at one time for preventative measures.

4. Children & Personal Belongings

Children must be supervised at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

5. Item Removal

Buyers are responsible for packing, moving, and loading purchased items. Please bring help for large or heavy purchases. Staff cannot assist with packing all items and moving furniture.

We will have limited packing supplies available so please come prepared

6. Holding Items

We cannot hold items without payment. First paid, first served.

7. Large Item Pickup

Large furniture must be removed by the agreed-upon time (typically by end of sale or scheduled pickup). Items not removed may be forfeited without refund.

8. No Public Restrooms

Restroom facilities are not available to the public.

9. Respect the Property

Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, and other shoppers.

10. Pricing & Negotiation

Prices are set by the estate sale host. Discounts may occur at our discretion, typically later in the sale.

11. Security

Premises may be monitored by cameras. Shoplifting will be prosecuted.
