Sutersville Estate Sale

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
 

UPDATED FRIDAY:  Bathrooms will be CLOSED to the public.

Due to the guidance that we need to follow regarding the pandemic and in order for us to operate in the most efficient manner possible to get caught up with our workload that has been backed up for 2 months, the following changes will take place and adhered to until further notice.

• We will be in our new location upstairs in the former Sutersville Antique Mall location.
• We will be entering from the back of the building (the big ramp) and exiting from the front of the building (the old entrance to the mall)
• Admission will be limited to 25 people.
• All customers MUST wear masks, Gloves optional but preferred if you plan on handling merchandise. 
• Please minimize your handling of the merchandise, especially if your not wearing gloves and have no intention of buying it.
• We ask that you respect the social distance between yourself and others and maintain a distance of 6ft between you and others while on the property.
• Please pay attention to our online ads, we will now make certain items available for purchase before the sale.  Additional details will be provided in our ads.
• All purchases must be removed at time of purchase.  If other arrangements need to be made, a $50 storage fee will be charged to cover the cost of the storage unit that they will be moved to.  The $50 will be returned if items are removed by the end of the sale.  Failure to remove items by the end of the sale will result in the loss of the $50
• Please refrain from bringing young children with you to the sale if possible, especially during the first 2 hours.  We don't want to take spots away from those who will be shopping.
• Please shop and make your purchases as quickly as possible to respect those who may be waiting in line.
• Please bring your own shopping bags or baskets.  We will NOT be using the green baskets at this time.  However, we reserve the right to inspect all bags and boxes leaving the building.
• The Tribune Review is NOT printing the weekly papers weekly, thus we will only be doing online ads and advertisements in The Valley Independent and Herold Standard for the immediate future.

Pre-sale Items.  Occasionally I will list items in the description that I will be offering for pre-sale.  The items will be the first ones listed in the pictures.  They can be purchased by credit card over the phone or in person by cash and by appointment on a first come first serve basis.  Items will not be held without payment.   Items MUST be picked up the before the start of the sale.    Items not picked up will be moved to storage and a $50 storage fee will be assessed to pick up the item.

Conducting Sales 

Sutersville Location:  Due to the volume of work that I have, I will be turning around sales as fast as possible at the Sutersville location for the foreseeable future.  Right now, I estimate that I have enough volume to get me to August.   Many of these customers are high volume clients and my require multiple sales.  This means that there will be times that I need to carryover items from 1 sale to another.  If so, it should never be more that 25% of the overall sale.   After this first sale, we will go back to our normal summer hours.

At Home Sales.  These will conducted ONLY when we can do safely and are able to meet the current Pandemic Guidelines.

Online Sales.  We are still on schedule to start our Online Auctions in June.  I will have further information upcoming soon.

Our Current Sale.

Due to a prior scheduling conflicts this sale will be conducted on Sunday and Monday.

Sunday, May 24th 11am - 4pm  (Prices as marked)

Monday, May 25th  8am - 11am (1/2 Off Marked Items)  11am - 1pm ($5 Fill Bag - Make Offer Select items)

We have a large estate sale with contents from multiple households.  Lot's of nice furniture including a faux leather couch, solid wood farmhouse kitchenette, grandfather clock, outdoor furniture and lots of paintable pieces.   There is some outdoor furniture and tools (and and power) and lot's of household good.   We also have some older antique and vintage items.  I will be posting pictures through Saturday to check back soon.   At this time, I DO NOT have items that I am pre-selling for this sale.
