Warminster Estate Sale - A large variety of useful items & possible vintage treasures!

Terms

No early birds and no pre sales.

Enter at your risk and please be careful and responsible. If you break an item, you will be expected to purchase the item at the tagged price.

All items are sold in as-is, where-is, used condition. Cash sales only, all sales are final, no refunds or returns.

No parking in clients driveway or neighbors driveways. We are not responsible for accidents in or out of the house. This includes where you park. Parking is your responsibility. We will not be responsible if you or the car gets hit by another. Please be responsible when choosing where to park your car and keep in mind there may be additional pedestrians crossing the road, so please be careful!

We understand it is very hard to carry many items during a sale. We want to make this easy for everyone. we will provide a medium and/or larger EMPTY plastic bags to shop with, if needed, just ask one of our helpers. We are however against any large purses diaper bags, etc.. You will be asked to leave these items in the car.

We love children, with that in mind, please understand if you choose to bring your children to our sales You MUST keep them with you at all times! Children are not allowed to walk freely around our sales.

We love animals, but please no pets or animals on this property at this time unless they are a registered service dog to help someone get around. Even though we love them, some customers MAY feel uncomfortable being near an animal they do not know.

No porters available at our sales, please bring your own help to remove all large items. With that in mind, if you break any of these items while carrying them out of the house you will not get a refund. Bring sufficient help! If you break any items in the house as a result of you carrying your own items out you WILL be responsible for paying for the items you broke. Again please bring sufficient help to remove items purchased!

Bathroom facilities are not provided and are restricted.

The sale will have camera surveillance on-site. Please do not steal, it may end up to be the most expensive sale you’ve ever gone to as we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Stealing is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Don’t be foolish!

All items purchased from customers must be removed before 3 pm before the final day of the sale or may forfeit the item purchased due to failing to perform in agreement with the sale terms.

Prices will not be disclosed, discussed, or negotiated via the phone, by test, or online. Please do not call or email us during a sale asking how much an item is. Come to the sale, we will try our very best to come to terms on any available items you desire.

We reserve the right to implement a first come, first serve 'SYSTEM OF ORDER' should the turnout be more than what we feel comfortable with especially for the interior of the dwelling. This would typically be in the earlier hours of the sale and may involve handing out numbers to gain entry. Our intentions are to have this sale be a mutually good experience for everyone that attends.
