*Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
*By placing a bid bidder has agreed to term and conditions
*Shipping will be provided at buyers expense through shipping saint with shipping and handling fee
*Buyers Premium of 12% will be added to all final bids place online
* All online bidders will have card auto run at auction end.
*For online auctions, address of pick up and preview will be given via email to registered bidders
* Items not picked up after pick up day will be forfeited with no return of money.
*Pick up will be by appointment through shipping saint on advertised days and times.
*Due to the high volume of successful bidders, pick up times will be heavily followed.
*Buyers are responsible for bringing help to load items.
*Auctioneer agrees to have all items on first floor or outside.
*At conclusion of loading items, buyer must sign receipt that all items are accounted for and return to auctioneering staff.
