We are really excited about our first whole home estate sale of the Spring!  It will be in the Upper Grampian Hills area of Williamsport.  The exact address will be published about 1 week prior to the sale date!.   This will be a sale which is not like our other typical sales.  To start with, we will be holding this sale for three days, Thursday April 12, 13, and 14, 2018.  During this time we will be offering up discounts starting the 2nd day and then having our 50% off on Saturday April 14, 2018.   The first two days we will be open from 8am-5pm and Saturday, we will be open from 8am-1pm.    When you enter the home, the first thing you will really notice is the panoramic view of Williamsport and the Susquehanna Valley.   It is the first of many sights to behold at this sale!   There is so many quality items we will attempt to list some, but not nearly all that is available.  Another difference is we will be taking offers on our higher priced items(except the Waterford Crystal and a few other items).  Any and all offers will be decided on Friday at 5pm (not the 2pm most are used to).  Please note that if the asking price is not paid on items with offers, the estate representatives will have final approval!  We have kept our prices in line with market prices and anyone checking them out will see they are getting a deal on almost any item vs purchasing a similar item on-line. No matter what, this will be a sale people will be talking about for quite some time!    The other major difference is on day one we will be limited access to the first 50 customers in line to receive numbers.   Others will be allowed to enter once those first 50 customers are finished and begin to leave the premisis.   Due to the valuable and breakable items inside we have to do this on the first day to ensure there is plenty of room for patrons to shop!  

Please park only on the south side of Roderick Rd and leave the other side of the road open for the people who live here and others that need to leave the sale.  There is only one way in and it is the only way out of Roderick Rd.
