Huge Estate Sales, 2 homes, 2 large tents, shed and pavillion stuffed with items over 3 days

IF you were at our sale in Pennsdale and enjoyed it, then you are going to really like this one. This sale is EX-tra large and something here for just about everyone.

This is the estate of Bill Nichols. Bill was an electrical contractor. We have a double house (two floors), and home next door, 2 huge tents, a shed, and a large outbuilding, *packed*.

Inside the 1st house (2 floors) we have loads of interesting items.

Brand new lamps and lanterns (NIB), a traffic light, 2 rooms of Christmas items, collectibles such as Cherished Teddies, stuffed animals, War collectibles such as plates, statues, trench art,  coins, and more. We also have collector plates (yes, we know they are not a big seller so we have loads of them in box lot land for .50 cents BUT we saved out some special ones-John Wayne, Star Trek, Western shows, War planes, Vietnam War plates, Wolves, Eagles and more inside the house priced slightly higher).

Also on the first floor we have Betty Boop statues and collectibles. Lovely furniture including 4 Curios, Queen bed with wrought iron headboard-matt & springs, dressers. Clown items, and some unique candles from Colonial Candle Crafters (most candles are in the form of animals) and they are awesome. There are lots of animal statues from porcelain to very heavy cement ones. CD’s, Videos, and many more items you can view in our pictures.

Up on the second floor we have some Nascar collectibles and coats, John Deere dolls and other John Deere items PLUS we have the JD patches book (30 some patches). Also on the second floor is a double bed with headboard (matt & springs are not sold with this since they are older we will be getting rid of them unless the buyer wants them). Halloween décor and other holiday items. We will let the photos do the talking for the rest of the items inside the home.

Outdoor and under the tent we have box lots and Christmas items that won’t fit in the house.  We also have a carport set up that has additional tools, extension cords and R19 insulation rolls for sale.   Then there is the shed which has a large 2 stage snow thrower with a joystick control for the chute.   The shed has a lot of really neat garden and yard décor along with more tools and garden tools.   Under the pavilion is just about everything you can imagine that would not fit anywhere else.  We have several dog houses for sale, several shelving units including a circular metal shelving unit that operates like a giant lazy susan.   We also have a nice Char Broil 3 burner grill, several lp gas canisters, several water transport cans, some tools, some hardware, and other garden and home chemical items.   We have several bags of Bug stop insecticide granules, and fertilizer still sealed.   A really nice bench with Plastic resin seating, a treated lumber picnic table and much more!

In the other home, we will have electrical items (even though we had a special 4 hour electrical sale) there are still lots of tools that were not part of that sale, spools of rope and a new carpet along with padding being sold separately, not to mention tons of electrical items too!  

This sale will be huge and you will find several checkout areas and holding areas so that you can shop each area more effectively.   We urge you to save your money for this sale because it will be one you will remember for quite some time!
