Large Estate Sale Loyalsock Township Woodcrafter's Dream Full Home and Workshop

Perfect-2-Perfect is having a whole home estate sale at 1269 Northway Rd Extension in Loyalsock. It will be February 15-16 & 17 if needed. We will open at 8:30 daily and close at 3pm on Thursday, 2pm on Friday and noon on Saturday.   Lots of woodworking equipment and over 1500 Board Feet of beautiful select wood including cherry, oak, maple, Mahogany, and walnut(just a few pieces of wood is roughcut) in the Workshop. All the wood is priced to sell!  The whole home filled with furnishings and some furniture. 

First we need to address parking and directions:   Proceed out Northway Road and turn left on Northway Road Extension.  Travel approximately 1.3 Miles to home.  The home (#1269) is on the left hand side of the road approximately 1/4 mile from Pleasant Hill Road.  Please exercise caution on this road and slow down when approaching the sale site.  We will have someone providing parking and controlling entrance to the sale property from Northway Road Extension.  Do not block Northway Road Extension because it is a heavily traveled road. If the parking is filled at the home, there may not be a safe place to pull off the road on Northway Road Extension and walk to the property.  We ask that you simply come back later to see if the crowd has thinned out.   We may choose to open earlier than the 8:30am opening to assist people shopping and getting out so others can enter the sale and park. 

In furniture, we have a really nice faux leather electric lift chair/recliner.  This item looks new and is operating very well!  Next we have a Sectional Sofa with two reclining ends and another sofa that has two reclining ends as well as a lighted drink and snack area that stows away to allow a third guest to sit at the sofa too.  There is a very nice kitchen table which has non matching (but very good looking )Windsor style chairs.  We have several end tables and stands available throughout the home as well as a really nice Arts and Crafts style Mission style oak Secretary Bookcase.   Out on the porch we also have a very nice 3 pc wicker furniture set.  We also have a cedar lined truck in the one bedroom.  If you are looking for a newer computer desk, we also have one of these available for purchase.   In the other bedroom we have a Vintage Pine Dresser with mirror and we also have a matching chest in that room.   In the dining area we have a beautiful Walnut hutch by Haden Furniture for sale as well as an Oak Glider Rocker (without a matching ottoman).  In the garage we have a very nice rectangular table which has built-in leafs that make it a square table when the leafs are fully deployed. Outside the home we have two matching cast iron benches and we also have a porch swing loveseat in the garage.

In power lawn and garden tools, we have several two chain saws with one being a McCulloch and the other being a Stihl.  We also have a larger weed trimmer by Stihl.  In the garage we have a very nice Toro Cultivator and a Weed Eater Gas Lawn Mower with a Briggs and Stratton Engine.  We have several hand tools such as shovels, rakes, hand garden tools, and a 16’ D-Ring Extension ladder. 

In collectibles we have Hazel Atlas Fruit Pieces with lids (Some were even made into Gnomes).  There is some Pyrex bowls, Pink Crystal Goblets, Redwing Vase #950.  Some Corning casserole pieces, Hall Teapot.

In household goods there are some pots and pans, a red Pressure Cooker, Small Table Lamps, Speakers, Decorative Throw Pillows,  Table Cloths, Decorative Cast and Wrought Iron Fireplace Screen and Fireplace Cover.  We also have some holiday décor items as well.

We also have a large selection of power tools, hand tools, some machinist tools, not only in the shop, but also in the garage and basement.

Upstairs in the workshop we do have a number of cabinet fronts and other wood pieces such as oak flooring.  We will limit access to that area to able bodied individuals since it requires climbing ladder stairs.  We do have photographs posted showing the items available and can provide them to you when time allows if you want to see them brought down.  We also have a lot of trim such as oak floor trim and banister materials outside the workshop in the covered storage area. 

In exercise equipment, we have a DP Wall Unit Gympac 1500, a Weider Pro 9628 Gym, Health Rider style exercise machine, Stamina Stepper Exerciser. 

We also have a 1988 Ford Ranger Pickup with approximately 92K miles on it and was last inspected and run in 2017.  We were able to get it started and moved it out of the garage where it has been kept using a jump box and starting fluid.  This truck is being sold as is and we are taking offers if you don’t want to spend the asking price.  Great project vehicle because it will need to be gone over thoroughly to drive it on the road.  

Please note that photographed fox figurines on the table, the Foley Food Mill, Cutco Knives, The walnut spindle leg table in the basement, and a few other little items may not be available that were in the photos.  We apologize in advance for those missing items.  Due to the fact we had this shop equipment and several pieces of furniture on for two weeks prior to this listing, we will not be able to show any of the items listed prior to the sale because of our schedule.  We have several sales coming up in the near future and will be attending to them and preparing the site for the sale. 

We also anticipate having to limit access to the sale property at the road because of limited parking.  We ask that you please follow the directions of the staff who will be directing traffic at the entrance prior to coming onto the property.  Too many cars into the sale location at one time can easily become unmanageable given the future forecast for snow on Tuesday and its impact on parking areas.   We will busy ensuring that the maximum areas for parking are available, but also realize this is a one way lane upon entering.  Traffic control at the top may require that you wait on other vehicles entering at the time you may want to exit.  We know with a little patience, everyone wanting to shop will be able to shop!
