Very nice estate sale 20 Casey Dr Old Lycoming Township May 9-11 Thur-Sat

We have an estate sale the week of May 9-11, 2024!

Our next estate sale will be at 20 Casey Dr in the Grimesville Neighborhood of Old Lycoming Township just off of Grimesville Rd. The dates of the sale is May 9, 10, 11 (Thursday 8:30 am-3pm, Friday 8:30-2pm and sat 8:30 am until closing at noon).  While we plan on opening at 8:30, we may choose to open earlier if the line outside is excessive.  We will be limiting the number of people in the home at one time due to limited space.   Please realize this if there is something of interest you are after.  The earlier you are in line, the better your chances of getting what you came for! Due to our workload, we will not answer any questions about items as far as price whether they are texted, emailed, or we receive a call for that information.   We can tell you that whatever the price, you can always leave an offer which will be decided Friday at noon.  We appreciate you understanding this!  

To get to this sale, it is best to take Princeton Ave to Grimesville Rd. Turn Left on Grimesville Rd and proceed to Casey Dr. Please realize there is no parking on the streets normally so we ask that you do not block driveways or mailboxes to keep the neighborhood peaceful. Please drive carefully as this is a residential neighborhood!

This estate will be in a packed home with 1st floor and finished basement full of items to purchase and see.  We have box lots in the basement and on the back porch. Other items in these areas include Christmas décor, tools, office supplies, household goods and more!

  We also have a large number of tools, hand tools, and machinist tools filling the 2 car garage as well as a nice two stage snow blower with a light (yes, it will snow again next winter, so buy this now to be ready when it begins to fly again!).

The owner of this home was inducted into the US Martial Arts Hall of Fame and has an extensive skill set that began with his military service with the Special Forces of the Green Beret. He also has a Doctorate in Divinity and was an ordained minister.    He was trained in martial arts extensively in the armed forces and continued to refine his skills throughout his life by continuing to study martial arts in various countries throughout the world. He has swords which he had won during competitions overseas as well as a very interesting knife collection which you just have to see to believe! The Harsey knives are sharpened to a razor's edge and are in mint condition.  We also have Case and Ka-Bar knives.   We also have a WWII German Dagger.  We also have a number of Service Patches, Green Berets, as well as other military items.

He had a Dojo set up in his basement and there are lots of items for purchase there including martial art's sparring items including padding, fighting items, weapons,  books, and more.  Includes a Wavemaster XXL Punching Bag, Everlast Punching bag, leg stretching machine by Century

There are a number of Asian Decor items throughout the home and in the basement including a Rice Paper room Divider, Framed Art, and hanging tapestries as well.   He also has Asian statues and other décor items.  In American Decor, we have a beautiful Fenton Satin and Pink Lamp.  

This gentleman also enjoyed the outdoors with extensive hunting and fishing items in the basement.  He had in interest in fishing, fly making and fishing, Crossbow hunting, and we also have some ammunition available for purchase.   There is a Ten Point Crossbow, Bolts, points, and more related to the Crossbow including a nice 720 swiveling 360 degree hunting chair. There are camouflage hunting blinds. There are fishing reels, tackle, rods, nets, tackle boxes, and more related to fishing.  There are a lot of hunting and fishing apparel items throughout the home in several areas.  We also have a Caldwell Lead Sled.  There is a nice selection of ammo in this sale too!

In furniture, we have a beautiful matching table and hutch set, several desks, Mid Century Modern king size bed set, full size bed, dressers, two gun cabinets, sofa, loveseat, entertainment stand, coffee table, end tables, and more.   We also have several bookshelves including a nice barrister for purchase.     There is outdoor furniture in terms of lounge chairs and a nice glider for the porch.   Downstairs in the basement we do have a pool table that is being left at the home unless it sells for the $3500 asking price for this nice regulation Brunswick Slate top Pool Table complete with score keeping rack, pool cues, balls, and more! This pool table would retail for over $6000 if you were to purchase it new.  It has just been recovered in felt so it is like new again!

There is a very nice Lifestyler Expanse 850 Treadmill which easily goes to 10MPH.  Cushioned deck with incline.   

In electronics, we have several tv’s for purchase.  We also have a satellite phone which is ready for you to take and use anywhere in the world, even when there is no cell phone service (separate service agreement required). We also have an ASR PA Sound System with two microphones by Audio Technica as well as a wireless microphone system by Audio Technica and two ASR Speakers with Stands.    There is a RMS Monitor Amp.  In office equipment, we have a computer (without harddrive) Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse as well as a HP Officejet Pro 6830 printer.

In outdoor items besides the glider and other furniture we mentioned, we do have some cement statues.  One is a sitting boy fishing and then there are two karate kicking children statures and a solar powered light house décor item for the outdoors.

We also have a nice selection of men’s clothing, Leather motorcycle jackets, and very nice motorcycle helmets.  Other attire items include belts, ties, shoes, and boots!

There are a number of military and martial arts related patches.   Please see the selection of knives we have in our photos on the website since there are so many photos of them there, it is better than writing all down.  We will be taking offers on a number of the knives, so please check them out in our checkout area so that you understand our system of accounting for these knives.
