Estate Sale Clarion Drive Loyalsock Thur Oct 31 & Nov 1 starting at 8:30am

Our next estate/moving sale is here!  It will be held at 1701 Clarion Drive, Williamsport (Loyalsock). It is directly across the studios of Backyard Broadcasting and just slightly north of the intersection of Northway Rd and Four Mile Drive.    It will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2024 and Friday, November 1, 2024.  We will open each day at 8:30am and may open earlier if the crowd size is too large or it is raining.  We anticipate closing at 3pm on Thursday and 2pm on Friday.  There will be no Saturday hours for this sale.  This sale is in a very clean, non-smoking home.    It will be held on the first floor, basement and two car garage. 

Furniture includes a sleeper sofa, several stands, a beautiful Eastlake Style parlor chair along with two other parlor chairs.  We also have two Navy Blue wingback upholstered chairs in the living room.  We have several bookshelf units out in the garage along with a free mattress and box spring set.   In the sun room we have a matching set of floral love seats along with a few oak sitting chairs and an oak coffee table.   There is also a very nice wooden 4 drawer (2 drawer side-by-side) file cabinet.  In the living room we have a beautiful roll top desk along with a more modern computer desk. 

Upstairs we have several rooms filled with items for purchase. Starting with a closet with great items such as a Pro Shiatsu Massager,  a manual Omron BP Cuff and monitor, a nice selection of bag chairs just in time for the last fall football games or tailgating.  There is also several lights available along with cleaning supplies in a closet which is filled with clothing, jackets, and more.   In the laundry room we do have a nice older Olympic Flag, some towels and other linens including sheet sets,  

In the kitchen we have a large selection of kitchen utensils (some wooden) a nice older Foley Ricer foodmill, Moulinex Food Processor, Pyrex pie plates, snap-lid jars, silverware (flatware) sets, Pfaltzgraf Tea Rose Set of dishes, Corningware in the Harvest Pattern,  Teapots and teacups/saucers and much more in the way of serving pieces. 

In the sun room there is a vintage stereo with Advent Speakers, a pair of Optimus shelf speakers and a realistic linear tracking turntable and more.  We also have extensive wiring for stereo and video hookups of all kinds.  We also have a dual VHS and DVD player for sale at this sale.  There is also a nice selection of older DVD’s, VHS, and Children’s books in the sun room too!  In cookware, we have an nice set of older Revereware along with a few pieces of Calphalon or Member’s Mark aluminum coated cookware.  There is a small assortment of sewing notions in the room too!  In the livingroom we also have some Harry Potter items for sale. 

Down in the basement we have a selection of hand tools, a few power tools, fasteners, hardware of various types. We also have ladders, a nice selection of wood and a lot of other items in the workshop area.  In other areas of the basement there is a 4 drawer steel file cabinet, a nice cabinet, a Bicentennial Flag, record cabinet chest, statue, south American native tapestry, Oscillating room fan, some wall décor items including a few wreaths, Christmas items including décor items, ornaments, and an artificial tree!  There is a smaller bookshelf downstairs as well. There is also an extensive collection of records LP’s and 78’s available for purchase at this sale and a portable phonola player to play those 78 records on,

Out in the garage we will have some garden tools such as a nice deep steel wheelbarrow with Pneumatic Tire, 22” 5hp two-stage Snow Blower, We also have rakes, shovels and other lawn and garden items including some watering cans.  In the garage, there is also a nice 8 sided card table, a nice Radial Arm Saw by Craftsman,  There is a nice men’s Trek Navigator 200 mountain bike.  Coleman Tailgating Grill with storage bag,   There are Geriatric items including a bathtub handle, Shower chair which is new in the box, another shower chair assembled and used, a toilet rail .  We also have several storage totes in various sizes, coolers, Gardening Kneeling and chair combination, Computer monitor only with keyboard and mouse, Stanley Stainless Steel thermos, electrical BP monitors, Leather Treatment kit for automobiles, Several Mirrors including a new wooden framed mirror still in the box,   There is also lots of box lots and a very nice Ott Light for crafting.

Outside we do have a gas grill with tank and another table top charcoal grill along with  a planter.   The windmill that is outside of the home is not for sale!

The owners were also missionaries during a majority of their lives and have accumulated a nice library of Christian reading material. We will also be selling items from the many countries they visited including decor items, Middle Eastern and Indian clothing and rugs.

We will also be bringing in some wedding reception décor items which are perfect for anyone who is crafty and these items include Lanterns, candle holders, and more.  These items will also be nice to make elegant place settings or decorations over the holidays too!

Please realize the listing above is not complete, but you will find plenty of items for purchase at this sale!  Be sure to get there early on Thursday as we may open earlier than 8:30am if weather or crowd size dictates us doing so!
