Whole Home Estate Sale on Grimesville Rd, Old Lycoming Township

Our next sale is here! It is at 285 Grimesville Rd in Old Lycoming Township. It is starting on April 23, 2026 at 8:30am. We will open as soon as we are able to free up parking spot availability for this sale. We will close that day at 3pm and re-open for day 2 on April 24, 2026 at 8:30am and stay open until 2pm. We will not be having any Saturday hours planned for this sale. In this sale we have lots of great household items, furniture, and outdoor furniture pieces. We also have a nice selection of it too.

To get to the sale, exit old Rt 15 to Mill Lane.Take Mill Ln to Princeton Ave. Follow Princeton Ave to Grimesville Rd.Turn right on Grimesville Rd and proceed to 285. House will be on the left hand side of the road. Parking will be difficult and be sure to not block the road when parking.

In Furniture there is a really nice vintage “Brady Bunch Era” credenza unit with an upper open shelving unit. This unit and its shelving unit can be accessed through sliding door fronts below and on both sides of the open air shelving unit. Great for that vintage addition to your living room if you need a unique separation from your front door entry area. We also have a gorgeous maple hutch in the dining room along with a nice round oak table in the kitchen for sale. There are numerous stands, display stands, and end tables also available. If you are looking for upholstered furniture, we do have a floral couch along with other upholstered chairs both upstairs and downstairs. In the basement we have a nice vintage solid oak knee-hole desk along with a huge 5 drawer steel filing cabinet. We also have outdoor furniture pieces with chairs, small tables and folding chairs.

In household goods we do have numerous décor items available both on the shelving on the credenza and also in other areas of the home.There are also some stainless steel pots and pans with lids as well as an electric skillet, other table lamps are available throughout the home, A Galileo Fluid Thermometer, Mikasa pair of crystal candle holders, Stainless Flatware, Whirlpool Microwave, Pyrex Measuring Cups and other Pyrex Pieces, A vintage mushroom design cannister set from ArnelBraun Multi Mixer in-the-box, Osterizer Blender, Braun Automatic Coffee Maker, Corningware Cornflower Backing Dish, Wickerware, Foley Food Mill, and of course no sale would be complete without the George Foreman Lean Mean Grilling Machine which we have!

In collectibles we have a Miller High Life hanging lamp with inline switch, a Bronze statue by CM Russell entitled "Changing Outfits". There is a nice vintage Poloron Blow Mold of Santa Claus. We also have a signed LE print from Ken Hunter as well as other wall décor items.

We are also bringing in a very nice selection of Ladies clothing in Sizes Large and XL. These are not photographed.

Music related items: We have a Gulbransen Pacemaker electric organ that has been put through its paces and appears to be working well. We also have lots of sheet and other organ music available in the garage area for very reasonable prices. There are numerous Christian Worship hymnals in the home too. There is a nice smaller and more modern boombox with a cd player, AM/FM radio for sale along with a vintage console stereo being sold for parts and repair. It currently does not power on.

In sporting goods, there is a nice hardshell gun case by Safari and a Compound bow for sale too.

In tools, we have numerous hand tools, but we also have power tools by names like Makita and Craftsman. We also have a garage full of box lot items and also have about ¾ of a ton of coal for sale as well as a nice outdoor fountain.

Our calendar is quickly filling up with numerous sales scheduled about every two weeks. Our next sale will be on Lafayette Pkwy one week from this sale!
