Whole home plus detached garage Estate Sale 410 Brandon Ave Starts Thur June 4 8:30am-3pm,

Our next sale is here! It will be an estate sale at 410 Brandon Ave in West Williamsport. It is just off of market and slightly past the Elmira Street Intersection just north of Confusion Corner (at Rural).This sale is due to start on June 4, 2026 and will probably run three days. Hours on Thursday are 8:30-3pm, Friday 8:30-2pm, and Saturday, 8:30am-11am if needed. It features a home with two floors and a basement and a two-car garage with tents set up in the back yard and garage. This home is loaded with lots of great things for you to shop for!

Furniture: We have several dressers and chests including a very nice Broyhill long dresser with mirror and a matching chest with shelf unit on top by Broyhill too. We have relocated the dresser with mirror out to the front porch to allow easier loading from the home. We also have a total of 6 metal wardrobes which have been moved out under tents set up outside by the garage. There is a vintage full size sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a vintage sofa in a green color with wooden frame in the same living room. In the kitchen is a beautiful two tone (Dark and light maple) stained table with a bench and four matching chairs. We have several upholstered chairs in the living room in a peach or apricot color. Upstairs we do have several desks (a secretarial desk and a more modern computer desk with a printer stand). Down in the basement, we also have a more modern chest/dresser for sale too! As far as outdoor items we have 7 matching sitting chairs, two lounge chairs with cushions, an A-Frame porch swing as well as a Hanging porch swing. We also have a brown painted round picnic table with 4 matching benches and it comes with an umbrella and umbrella stand. There is also a beautiful white wicker table with chairs along with a painted brown wicker sofa. We also have a traditional rectangular picnic table which could use refinishing to bring it back to life for a very reasonable price and a very nice red painted rectangular picnic table with matching benches. There is also a twin bedframe with headboard outback as well.

In collectibles, while we have lots of Halloween and Christmas décor, there are some items of interest to the serious collector. One of those items is a new in box (old stock) Vintage Turquoise Scroll Cinderella 2.5 quart bowl with lid and stand. We also have a nice TV/VCR combination by Toshiba fully working and tested! There is some weighted sterling pieces such as candlestick holders by Watrous,as well as a Reed and Barton Autumn Leaf Meat Fork and Cake Knife. There are several Furby dolls from 1998. We have a nice selection of Poly Pockets as well as a large selection of Barbie dolls with clothing and accessories galore. There is also a equally large collection of other dolls including Cabbage Patch Dolls as well as plush animals. There is a vintage Easy Bake Oven in the original box, Tinker Toys in the original cans, and a V-Tech Power Pad Plus. In clothing, we have Stetson Hats and a vintage Korean War era small ladies jacket, several volumes of Uncle Arthur’s Bedtime Stories. Down in the basement, we do have one of the first editions of the Monopoly Game with a separate board and box of accessories including cards, houses, hotels, and metal game pieces. We also have a really cool primitive sled, old washboard, tin oil lamp, and old high chair.

Plenty of household goods including Plastic Organizer cabinets with drawers, Electric Fans just-in-time for summer, Dehumidifier, Cleaning Supplies and other cleaning chemicals. We also have a nice selection of outdoor folding furniture, baskets including a nice vintage picnic basket, Red Devil portable vacuum cleaner and several upright vacuums and floor cleaners, a Homedics Mat Massager. In the yard are plenty of décor items as well as religious statuary, and much more.

Out on the porch we have a huge selection of box-lots to go through along with some more out in the detached garage outback of the home towards the alley. Under the tent outback we have several kitchen cabinet cupboards for both above the countertop and below the countertop too. There is where you will find the metal wardrobes and storage cabinets as you will find out we ran out of room in the home. We also have the red painted picnic table and more available for viewing and more!
