We also accept cash. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on or around the sale site. Some areas may not be handicap accessible. Our next sale is here! It is a moving and estate sale at 348 Grampian Blvd in Williamsport, PA 17701. It is scheduled to be held August 5-8, 2026. We will start the sale starting Wednesday at 12 noon and will be open until 6pm. We will then be open our normal hours on Thursday (8:30am-3pm), Friday (8:30am-2pm), and Saturday (8am-11am). We will be full price all day Wednesday, 25% off on Thursday, 50% off most items on Friday and then make a reasonable offer on Saturday. The home is packed with 4 total floors of beautiful furnishings all throughout. Please do not ask us prices of items as we are extremely busy still tending to the needs of pulling this sale together!
Parking and directions: You can park on the home’s side on Grampian and you can also park around the back of the home on Harding. There is plenty of areas to park, just please do not park in Garages or driveways in the neighborhood. Directions, you can get to Grampian Blvd by either going up Market Street from downtown Williamsport until to reach the intersection with Bloomingrove Road and turn right onto Grampian Blvd. The home is just three homes up from the split of Grampian with Harding Avenue. Just look for our green signs.To get there from Loyalsock, take 4 mile drive which becomes Grampian Blvd right after Divine Providence Hospital.You want to go down to Penn Street and then turn right and take your first right onto Harding. You may want to park on Harding and walk since there may be limited space out front of the home on Grampian Blvd. Please enter the home through the front door only.
For furniture items, we have lots of beautiful stands, cabinets, chairs, and a very nice wingback chairs in both the upstairs bedroom and the living room. There is a gorgeous antique desk upstairs and a very nice desk from Heywood Wakefield in the living room. There is a gorgeous spindle back Stickley chair and a Virginia House Rocking Chair for sale too! Upstairs in the one bedroom we have a cherry finish combination vanity and jewelry armoire in the one bedroom and a really nice cherry finish entertainment armoire for sale. We also have a Broyhill Queen Size bed with matching Dresser and two Night Stands in the Master Bedroom and we also have a full-size bed with brass head and footrails in the other bedroom on the 2nd floor. Both beds are being sold complete with mattress and box spring sets and framing/slats. There is also a very nice modern entertainment stand for sale in the living room. There is a more modern table with maple staining and white tile interior in the center area of the table. The table also has a matching rolling stand/table that can be used as a server with the table. We have a depression era table with 6 chairs in the living room with a hide-a-way leaf system built-in. In blanket chests, we have an older white pine storage chest in the basement and a Lane Cedar Chest on the 2nd floor. There are many table lamps, floor lamps, ceiling lights, and mirrors throughout the home and several area and room size rugs for sale throughout the home too!
In woman’s clothing we have to start with the Purses, beautiful brand-name purses are available. However, since we cannot authenticate and we do not have a receipt (proof), we cannot sell them for the prices we found online. You are buying these items as is and getting purses at a fraction of the price with no guarantee that they are the real thing.If you feel like looking, the purses are marked, Prada, Coach, Dooney and Bourke, Coach Mickey Mouse, Kate Spade, Ralph Loren, Black White to name a few. We also have an array of wristlets marked Michael Kors, Karl Lagerfeld, Aileen Aigner, Dume of London, and DKNY. We also have quality ladies clothing in sizes mostly medium, but there are some larger sizes too! Great name brands in the clothing items as well and these items also include some great shoes and other accessories.
In jewelry, we have several long tables full of beautiful costume jewelry as well as fine Gold and Silver Jewelry too. These are going to be under a tent outside the home before you enter the sale. We will have a separate checkout at the jewelry area to pay for jewelry items only.
Collectibles and items worth looking for include a Fire King Tulip nesting bowl set which still has very vibrant print. In the basement, we have more wooden stands for sale, a nice antique painted table, tools both hand and garden types featuring trimmers, a powerful 40V Kobalt Leaf Blower, Craftsman 20V Lithium Trimmer, Clean and running Honda walk behind mower, power shovel by Snow Joe, two new in the box security pole with a curved grab bar to assist with getting out of bed, a newer model Baby Stroller, an old fold-up school desk, very nice floating island cupboard with Corian top, Plaque featuring a flag flown over a Camp during operation Iraqi Freedom, Coolers, a Bird bath, two different sized recessed bathroom vanity mirrors, Adirondak Style chairs.
Outdoors, we also have a very nice 3 pc set of chairs and sofa which were kept on the porch inside the home. On the porch we now have lots of box lot items to look through as well as some outside rugs for great prices. We will also be bringing totes down to the garage area for some great storage totes as well as an umbrella with stand, and a charbroil gas grill will be available at this sale too!

While we know that we have listed a lot of items above, we did not list everything and we ask that you study the photos well. Our photos on both our website, which is best viewed on a desktop, but we also have photos listed on estatesales.net which will allow you to better view the items on the phone. This house is loaded and we expect the Wednesday crowd to be large. We may open as early as 11:30am the first day to get traffic moving in the area and free up parking close by.
