Moving Sale at 1774 McConnell Dr in Cameo Estates Starts Thru Nov 12th 8:30am

Our next sale is here! It will be held at a home in Cameo Estates and will be held in an area at the rear and basement area of the home. We had a sale here in the past and like that sale, everything will be in one area of the home downstairs. Please do not enter through the home’s main entrance as we will have signs leading to the area of the home the sale will be held in. The address of the sale will be at 1774 McConnell Dr in Loyalsock Township (Williamsport). The sale is going to be held on November 12th from 8:30am-3pm and on November 13th from 8:30am-2pm. We do not anticipate having any Saturday hours.

This sale will be held in three main rooms downstairs with items to purchase that range from some furniture and former office furniture from a former Medical Professional. We also have household goods for sale at this sale too.

In office furniture, we have a beautiful traditional cherry executive desk, file cabinets, an old medical supply cabinet by Aloe, file folders, office chairs, and green leather waiting room chairs too. We also have other furniture which would be useful in an office such as a round woodgrain table for a breakroom. There is also a smaller computer desk/stand and a nice solid wood bookcase for purchase.

While not available for immediate sale at this sale, we do have additional furniture which will be sold later and will be available to be inspected by interested parties during the sale. They include a nice lighter tan color leather sofa and a black leather recliner. There is a dining room table and 6 chair set that will be available later along with an outdoor table set which can be purchased later. There is also a twin bed and a full-size bed available to be purchased at a later date. The later date will be once the home is sold and we will only be open to sell those furniture items at a special sale date for one day only. We will have a photo board of these items, but once again, we will only show these items to interested parties only.

In the garage area of the basement, we have a really nice Track Drive Honda Snowblower which will give you plenty of ability to handle hills and other terrain that wheels do not easily cover. We also have a 22” Craftsman mower with a rear bagger, a nice gas-powered weed trimmer, gas powered edger, Pole electric Chainsaw, string electric hedge trimmer, and more in lawn and gardening tools, including shovels, rakes, and more hand tools and work gloves. We also have several jumper cable sets just-in-time for the winter cold starting season. There are a number of wheel rims for sale including a really nice set of custom rims for a Ford also for sale in the garage.

In the space between the garage and the other rooms downstairs, we will have our checkout area along with some ladies clothing including winter jackets for sale.

In the other rooms we have some very nice golf clubs for sale including an 8 pc set of Callaway x24 irons, a Cleveland G12 56, a Taylormade r15 Driver, a Titleist BV 56 M Grind, and a Titleist BV 56-11 Vokey Design iron for sale. All these clubs are priced individually except the 8 pc set. We also have several nice Tennis Racquets and Racquetball Racquets by makers such as Head and Wilson. Throughout the room we have other holiday and home décor pieces for sale including some very nice original oil paintings and other artwork. We are also selling all the rugs which are on the floors of these rooms too! Be sure to check out everything in both rooms for what we have for sale.

In the room which leads to the back door in the basement area is a very nice solid wood coffee table which is in good overall condition.We also have a nice sling back style chair, a nice Heart design shelf, a VHS or CD Storage Shelf. We also have a very nice JVC FS-SD5 Compact Component Stereo System with remote. A pair of 24” tv’s by Samsung and LG, a smaller Sony Boom Box AM/FM cassette deck radio, several camera tripods, a Carrom Board in the original box, along with a nice Cigar Humidor Storage box. There are a few foldable and portable camping style chairs for sale with some being in the original box. There is also satellite speaker stands for rear channel sound that are new in the box and also a sliding door alarm perfect for any patio door set still new in the box.

In collectibles, we have a Copy of Pennsylvania’s Pine Creek Valley and Pioneer Families book available for sale. We also have a number of figurines from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from 1992 being sold as a lot along with another set of Disney Porcelain figurines.

While we did not mention everything available at this sale, we will also have two people bringing more nice items in for this sale. Some of the items will be more Women’s coats and sweaters. We have taken photos of a majority of the items for sale at this sale and we will publishing them on our website’s upcoming sale page and estatesales.net for your review. Please realize, this sale is smaller in size and the whole home is not open for the sale.We will have most areas blocked off and please do not enter through the front door of the home. All activity related to the sale will be in the lower part of the home accessible through a driveway along the side leading to the back of the home.
