Whole Home estate downsizing and moving sale 724 Sylvan Dr South Williamsport

OUR NEXT SALE IS HERE.  

          Our next downsizing/estate sale is here!  It will held at the residence at 724 Sylvan Drive in South Williamsport.  This sale is in a one floor home is located at the top of Sylvan Drive with the Little League Complex being directly behind the backyard of the home.   To get to Sylvan Drive.  Turn East on Mountain Avenue and proceed to the stop sign at the Moutaineer Tavern.  Sylvan is just two blocks east of the Mountaineer Tavern.  Turn right on Sylvan Drive and proceed to the top of the street.  Please do not block driveways or sidewalks.  The sale will be held on April 7 & 8, 2022.  It will start at 9am or once we see about 30 people in line.  We may limit the number of people allowed into the home to about 30 people due to space limitations.  

          This home is filled with lots of great items in both the indoor and outdoor areas.   To start with, we have a really cool 1941 Chrysler Pedal Car that is in good condition for its age.   We also have the following items for sale inside of a very full home!

          In furniture, we have a nice kitchen dining nook with two sided corner bench that is 60” long and a side bench for dining on the non-wall side of the nook.  We also have a gorgeous maple drop leaf table that comes with 5 maple chairs.   We are selling a matching hutch by Drew in the same area.  We have a wooden rocking chair, a maple glider rocker with rocking ottoman, several glider rockers, rocker recliners, coffee and other occasional tables.  We also have a gorgeous Flex Steel Floral Sofa with a very firm feel and guaranteed for life frame and spring set.   A very cute entertainment center with punched tin design, Book Shelves, A full size Ethan Allen Bed with two matching dressers.   A queen size bed with box spring and modern metal frame set, a single bed with box spring and white cannon ball style headboard.   We also have a nice maple knee hole desk with padded chair as well as a cherry finish computer desk with upper unit storage, We also have a metal storage and filing cabinet in the garage tool area.   Outdoor furniture includes Lloyd Chairs, Lloyd loveseat Glider,, outdoor seating of all types from Stackable Chairs to folding chairs.  Outdoor Slingback Chairs,  Around the bar area we also have a several retro burnt orange bar stools.           In lamps we have several GWTW style lamps and oil lamps available.  Several really nice vintage table lamps are throughout the home.,

          In appliances we have a relatively new (only 2 years old) Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator and freezer with built-in ice and water dispenser.   We also have an older 1978 Kenmore Electric Dryer.   There is also a very nice Member’s Mark Stainless Steel Gas (LP) Grill in almost new condition.   We also have a like new stereo system with multi-disc CD Player, dual cassette deck and phonograph that were still factory taped and not used.  Apex DVD Player, several VHS Players, Several Flat Panel TV’s (40” , microwave, mixer with mixing bowl, blender,

          In ladies Jewelry, we have a nice selection of Quality and costume Jewelry.  

          In Ladies Clothing we have very nice clothing in size medium and large and a little bit of everything there.  We have a selection of coats too!

          Décor includes Outdoor Gnomes, Flags, Wrought Iron Hangers for planters, flags, and plant stands.  Plenty of outdoor Christmas Décor, We also have a lot of Easter Décor Items for sale at this sale.  Fireplace Tools,  Primitive items including wisk broom, large wooden fork and spoon décor, handheld metal popcorn popper, Lots of Picture Frames,

          We have a very nice fully functional Technics (by Panasonic) Electric Floor organ complete with base pedals!

          DVDS, VHS, great Vintage records including selections from the Jackson 5.  Puzzles and Board Games,

          In collectibles, we have lots of White Art Native American Figurines and also a very nice collection of foxes.   A nice selection of vintage oriental paper lamps that you just have to see to appreciate!  We also have crystal from Princess House, Ruby Flash, 2 Fire Tulip Nesting Bowls, Vintage Pyrex including rare black and white, Hamilton Mantle/shelf clock, Harvest Pattern Corningware,  and Shiny Brite ornaments

In household goods, we have Bakers Secret pans and cookie sheets, pots and pans, several vacuums, crockpots,

          In tools, we have lots of tools including hand tools, powertools, garden tools, and much more!

          We also have a like new Toro 24” snow blower that has an electric start.  

          Please check facebook marketplace for many of our furniture and appliance items which will be sold possibly before the sale.

          Be sure to stop back on the 2^nd day for discounts!   We will be open all day Friday and closing on Friday.   There will be no Saturday hours except for cleanup if necessary. 

We did sell the washing machine and A frame swing set that was on Facebook Marketplace already! However, we do have a lot of furniture from other sales and this sale on the Marketplace and some furniture items that are not on the market place at this sale!
