Birt Estate Tag Sale

Cash Only. No returns or refunds. All sales are final. All items are sold "as is - where is". Bring help to load large items. Not responsible for accidents.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) Every item for sale will be tagged with an item number, description & price. If you would like to purchase an item, please pull the card off the item. Once you are finished shopping, please bring all cards to the checkout table. If you see an item without a card, that item has already been purchased.
2) Be sure to examine all items carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items are sold "as is", NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Buyer is responsible for removal of his/her larger items two hours before closing on the last day of the sale, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring someone to help load your larger items.
4) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
5) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
6) Only a certain number of people will be allowed into the house at one time. We will get everyone in as soon as we can..
7) Please take a numbered card from the outside tin on the morning of the sale. You will be let in to the house according to the order of the numbers. 1 number admits 2 persons that came together.
8) If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring any food or drinks into the house.
10) Please adhere to parking rules/requests conditional on each sale. Do not block driveways of the neighbors or park on their grass.
12) Statements made the day of sale supersede all prior advertising.
