Huge Estate Sale 290 Edgewood Ave Duboistown June 20-22 Home is packed to the ceilings

Our next sale is here!  We will be having a sale at 290 Edgewood Ave in Duboistown.  This sale will be held Thur June 20 8:30am-3pm, Friday June 21, 8:30am-2pm, and Saturday June 22, 8:30am-noon.   This home is located on a private lane that is just a short distance from the end of paved road of Edgewood Ave.   The only issue with this is there will be no close parking allowed unless you are unable to walk short distances or uphill.  We will offer very limited parking on the side of the lane leading to the home and the driveway, we have to leave the shared lane open at all times.  Please do not come up the lane and expect to leave in a hurry.   Now for the real fun…..Duboistown is doing Valley Street over and as a result, some of the traffic still using Valley Street are getting off on the dirt portion of Edgewood Avenue and traveling to Rt 654 by using all of Edgewood Avenue.  As a result, traffic may be busy at times.   There is only parking on the one side of Edgewood Avenue with is opposite of the side the home is on and opposite from the side you will drive on from Edgewood Avenue.  Since you will be entering one way and parking will be the other way, you will need to turn around somewhere to park.  Please be careful doing so to ensure there are no accidents with the through traffic which is now traveling on the dirt road of Edgewood Avenue.  The Borough of Duboistown has offered a suggestion that parking be accomplished on other streets such as the other side of RT 654 & Edgewood Avenue and also using their municipal lot and walking or they did suggest using the Valley Inn parking lot before they would open.  These last two suggestions would result in quite a walk.   There may be some parking on neighboring roads that could also be utilized, but they were working on the road directly on the other side of Rt 654 & Edgewood Avenue.  Please be courteous to other drivers attending this sale and realize you may want to stay a while.  We have so much to discover at this sale, please plan on staying to see everything we have to offer.  

While we plan to open at 8:30am officially, we may open earlier to allow more patrons to shop and park by allowing earlier shopping once we are ready.  You can drop people off in the driveway who cannot walk and then go park the car out on the street.  You can also park up by the home if you are picking up furniture.

Two bicycles including two vintage Kabuki 10 Speeds (one mens and one womans), air compressor, battery charger, Vintage Triumph Motorcycle, we have a Dodge Pickup Truck that will be available for sale after our sale is over but we are taking offers on it during the sale.  It is a 2003 Dodge 1500 4x4 with 267K miles on it.  Paperwork still needs to be done on it to ensure a smooth transfer of title.

This sale will be huge and is inside a huge home. We tried to photograph and mention everything, but we just simply cannot do so.  Please realize there is ammunition and gun parts which are not photographed as well as gun smith items which are not photographed.  We also have a number of Gun Loading presses and materials and a number of very nice items as far as reloading items.  You will not be disappointed in this sale unless you don’t allow yourselves adequate time to shop.  There is so much to see and buy and our prices are so reasonable, you will keep coming back.
