Whole home Estate sale in South Williamsport 5/28-29-30 2040 West Mountain Ave

Our next sale is here! It is an estate sale which we will be holding at 2040 W. Mountain Avenue in South Williamsport. Please realize, because of sign requirements, we will not be posting too many signs in the area directing you to our sale. The dates of the sale are Thursday May 28th 8:30am-3pm and Friday 8:30am-2pm and Saturday hours will be if needed and only to 11am if we are open on Saturday.

Directions and parking. The easiest way to get to the sale is to take the Maynard Street Bridge and cross over into South Williamsport. Once at the red light, proceed straight heading up the hill to the end of Maynard Street. You will then turn right at the road’s end and head west on W. Mountain Avenue. The home is on the right with black shutters and a white color home. We have both floors and the garage loaded with lots of great items. Please keep of neighboring yards and do no block driveways.

Furniture items are several La-Z-Boy recliners all in good condition ready for immediate sale and priced accordingly. We also have a matching brown double reclining sofa.In bedroom furniture, there is a queen size bed (Frame and Mattress Only), a Full Size bed with Box Spring and frame set with a Headboard, and also, we have a twin bed being sold complete with Headboard, Frame, Box Spring, and Mattress. We also have two nice cedar blanket chests from Lane. Both Upstairs and downstairs, we have beautiful Dressers from makers like Sumter and Broyhill, a Twin platform bed with matching nightstand and built-in underdresser, desk, and chest of drawers, we also have an antique dresser that you just have to see because it is in excellent condition. We also have a really nice modern Vanity that can also be used as a desk in a girl’s room and we have a table with matching hutch (Maple) in the dining room. There also is a nicer and more modern table in the kitchen area for sale too. There are plenty of shelving units throughout the home as well some outdoor furniture and some really nice old diner style tables with heavy steel bases and Formica tops perfect for a breakfast nook area in your home or just to use for puzzles or games.

Sporting goods include lots of signed baseballs and photographs from Mike Mussina. Fan Club packets from the Mike Mussina Fan Club, older Little League items includinga nice selection of vintage LL pins, programs, jerseys and more. Team items from the Mets, Bobbleheads from various players, signed baseballs from other players including a baseball from Ozzie Smith, Cal Ripkin signed baseball from 2131 consecutive games, Jim Palmer Signed Baseball, and much more. We also have a Crosman 1377 Model BB Gun, A Series 1900 Air Pistol, A Winchester Skinning knife, York Cutlery Fixed Blade knife C43 from Germany and other pocket knives. We will also be selling more golf clubs and golf carts at this sale.

Electronics include several flat panel tv’s as well as a fully working vintage Sony 8 Track AM/FM receiver system with CD Player, Phono, Cassette Player recorder and speakers that really rocks! We also have another two Sony speakers upstairs to purchase as well. We also have an awesome more modern component system with CD Player, Dual Cassette Deck, AM/FM Radio which has a really great sound too.There are a few VCR Players as well as DVD players in the home. There is also an older GE Portable TV for purchase with a vintage stand. We also have a nice selection of fans, Humidifiers, heaters (including an Edenpure) and other dehumidifiers. In computer equipment, we have a Netgear 1200 Router, Arris Cable modem, and a HP Printer. There is also a Tanita Medical Tens Unit available.

In appliances, we do have an 18 qt dutch oven by Oster in the original box, a B&D Toaster Oven, A Nesco 4 qtr Roaster Oven, and another larger Nesco Roaster Oven. Impecca Microwave Oven, Keurig Single Cup coffee Maker, and a nice Air Fryer for sale.

In household goods, we have a large assortment of items including very nice pots and pans, Corelle Dishes, Holiday Décor, Luggage, some toys and board games,

In collectibles, we have some state quarter mint sets and 50 state quarter map sets. There is several Mountaineer yearbooks from 1962, 1964, and two La Memoire yearbooks from 1966 and 1967. We also have two cabbage patch dolls new in the original boxes. In art, we have two Nicholas Rosato Prints featuring trains. We have a huge selection of Cook Books for you to purchase from Local to Grange and other great National Cookbooks. There is a beautiful Dalton China Set (Whitney Pattern) which we are taking offers on in this sale and another beautiful set my Imoco China featuring a floral pattern. There are several cast-iron skillets and a new with tags Blue Enamel Canner. Be sure to also check out the WMF Art Nauveau Biscuit Jar we have! It is an awesome piece! We also have a selection of train accessories (Sorry no cars or engines) but lots of items to add to your O gauge train set layout.

In jewelry, we do have some very nice men’s watches and we will be bringing in some gold and silver jewelry for you to checkout!

In Tools, we have two very nice Wheel Barrels for sale in the basement. We also have a garage which loaded with great items for your shopping pleasure and early Father’s Day tool shopping for that man in your life! We are also selling three lawnmowers with the first one being a Walk Behind Snapper with a 6.5 HP Briggs and Stratton Engine. Then we have two Craftsman lawnmowers with the Red one being the newest (Bought 2 years ago) and running great. The gray or silver craftsman is also running good, but it does go through a belt about one time per year. We could not mention all the items, as far as tools, available for purchase in the garage, but we will let the photos do the talking!
