Payment Methods:
We accept cash and major credit cards.
A 4% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
Liability:
Halcyon Days Estate Sales and the homeowners accept no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the property during the sale.
Attendees enter the premises at their own risk.
All Sales Final:
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.
As-Is Condition:
All items are sold "as-is," with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Pricing:
Prices are non-negotiable during the sale hours unless otherwise indicated.
Discounts may be applied on the final day of the sale at our discretion.
Item Removal:
Purchased items must be removed from the premises by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.
Buyers are responsible for the removal and transportation of their purchases. Halcyon Days Estate Sales staff cannot assist with lifting or loading items.
Entry and Access:
Entry to the sale may be limited based on the size of the property and the number of attendees.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.
Security:
For the safety and security of all, large bags, backpacks, and purses may be subject to inspection.
Surveillance cameras may be in use during the sale.
Conduct:
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property.
Signage and Directions:
Please follow all signage and directions provided by Halcyon Days Estate Sales staff while on the property.
Parking:
Attendees must not block driveways or access points.
Announcements:
Announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over any previous advertisements or announcements.

We’re doing something a little different this week — TWO Halcyon Days Estate Sales happening at the same time!
This York sale is just one of two places you can shop with us Thursday through Saturday, with our second sale happening in Shrewsbury, PA! Two sales, two houses, and twice the opportunity to find something you didn’t know you needed.
Here in York, this house is absolutely packed with goodies to find!
NASCAR fans will definitely want to take a look — there’s a huge collection of Dale Earnhardt items, including collectibles, clothing, memorabilia, and more.
And that’s just the beginning. Throughout the house you’ll find furniture, home décor, clothing, collectibles, household items, and plenty of unexpected finds. If you’re a frog collector, you’re especially in luck — this house is loaded with frog figurines and collectibles!
There’s also a shed to pick through, so make sure you don’t stop shopping when you reach the back door. Take your time, look around, and dig a little — you never know what you might find.
One other item worth mentioning: for anyone who may have a need for one, we also have a hospital bed available at an affordable price.
Doors open promptly at 8:00 AM.
Parking is limited in the small cul-de-sac, so you may need to park farther down the street and walk up to the house. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and do not block driveways or mailboxes.
Bring your own bags and boxes, and bring help for loading larger purchases.
