Payment Methods:
We accept cash and major credit cards.
A 4% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
Liability:
Halcyon Days Estate Sales and the homeowners accept no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the property during the sale.
Attendees enter the premises at their own risk.
All Sales Final:
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.
As-Is Condition:
All items are sold "as-is," with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Pricing:
Prices are non-negotiable during the sale hours unless otherwise indicated.
Discounts may be applied on the final day of the sale at our discretion.
Item Removal:
Purchased items must be removed from the premises by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.
Buyers are responsible for the removal and transportation of their purchases. Halcyon Days Estate Sales staff cannot assist with lifting or loading items.
Entry and Access:
Entry to the sale may be limited based on the size of the property and the number of attendees.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.
Security:
For the safety and security of all, large bags, backpacks, and purses may be subject to inspection.
Surveillance cameras may be in use during the sale.
Conduct:
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property.
Signage and Directions:
Please follow all signage and directions provided by Halcyon Days Estate Sales staff while on the property.
Parking:
Attendees must not block driveways or access points.
Announcements:
Announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over any previous advertisements or announcements.

Every once in a while, we get into a house where you start opening drawers, looking through books and digging into boxes — and realize there's a whole lot more here than you expected.
This is one of those sales.
Halcyon Days Estate Sales is back in York this week with three days to shop a house filled with an incredible mix of old, interesting, useful and just plain fun finds.

Thursday, September 17 – Saturday, September 19
8:00 AM – 1:00 PM each day
If you love history and vintage pieces, you're going to have some fun here. We've uncovered early 1900s magazines with beautiful period artwork, vintage books, Civil War books, old advertising, ephemera and pieces that have clearly been tucked away for generations.
There's collectible glassware, including Fenton, vintage kitchen and household items, framed pieces, home décor, books, furniture and plenty more throughout the house.
And that's really the best part of this one: there's a lot to look through. This isn't a sale where one category tells the whole story. Take your time, look around and don't assume you've seen everything after one trip through the house.
Bring your bags and boxes, and bring help for anything large or heavy.
Roadside parking only. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.
