A sign-up sheet will be placed at the front door of the house at 3pm on Thursday May 7th. This will be the only official sign-up sheet; no others will be recognized. Be sure to bring help to load large or heavy items, as staff cannot assist with loading. The estate sale company is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Please park carefully where instructed and be considerate of the neighbors. Do not block neighbors' mailboxes! No more than 40 people, including estate sales staff, will be allowed in the house.
No bags or large purses are allowed.
We do not give out pricing prior to the sale dates
Bring your help to move or load large items.
Possible delivery (fee-based).
Not Responsible for Accidents or lost items.
Staff & Cashiers are not responsible for holding unpaid items.
There are no public restrooms.
All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges
