A sign-up sheet will be placed at the front door of the house at 6:00 am on Friday, May 7th. This will be the only official sign-up sheet; no others will be recognized. Sign-Up Sheet & Entry Policy

Due to the size of the home and the volume of items, entry will be limited:
• A maximum of 25 people will be allowed inside at one time, including estate sale staff.
• Each person must sign in on their own line and receive their own number.
• No shared lines — family members, spouses, and groups must each have a separate line and number.
• Names/numbers will be called in order.
• If you are not present when your name/number is called, you will be moved to the end of the line.

Be sure to bring help to load large or heavy items, as staff cannot assist with loading. The estate sale company is not responsible for accidents or injuries.

Please park carefully where instructed and be considerate of the neighbors. Do not block neighbors' mailboxes! No more than 25 people, including estate sales staff, will be allowed in the house.

No bags or large purses are allowed.

We do not give out pricing prior to the sale dates

Join us for an estate sale in East Greenwich featuring a wide range of items from a collector’s home.

Highlights include a strong group of bronze sculptures featuring Western figures, framed maritime and coastal artwork, ship paintings, and other traditional wall art. Also included are carved wooden duck decoys, a large china cabinet filled with ceramics, a collection of Gone With The Wind lamps and decorative pieces, furniture, and a mix of household goods.

Sports collectibles and other collectibles are also available, along with a variety of smaller items throughout the home.

A good mix of larger statement pieces and practical items. Something for homeowners, collectors, and resellers.
