If you plan to buy large furniture, please be certain that you have help with these items. We will accommodate moving of items at times other than sale hours.

For most sales, items must be removed from the house within 24 hours of the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made with Tresor. For this sale we recognize moving of items will need to be coordinated and will happily work with you and offer a week or more for movement of items from the property.

THIS ESTATE OF A FORMER UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR WAS A LOVING DECORATED AND CARED FOR HOME. DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT IS A CONDOMINIUM THAT WILL NOT ALLOW ON SITE, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC SALES, WE ARE CONDUCTING THIS SALE BY APPOINTMENT.
