DO NOT Go onto the property early. We have had too many people looking in windows at crazy hours. Do not take ANYTHING outside or go in the dumpster. We have 24 hour surveillance and police will be called. Thank you for your understanding.

We do NOT start lists, and we do NOT follow if someone does. We go by an orderly line. Any issues we ask the parties to leave.

All sales are final, as is where is. There are no refunds. You must bring your own packing supplies and assistance when removing larger items.

We require respect towards buyers and staff as well as the neighbors and the home itself.

We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, credit & debit. Sorry no checks.

No early birds and we will open on the exact time. We reserve the right to exclude anything or refuse selling to anyone for poor behavior or arguing with staff or buyers.

We are downsizing and getting rid of a lot of great items for free yes free. Not everything is going and the two shops are set up to limit confusion.

Simple Requirements::

If you fight over an item both parties will be told to leave, there is plenty to go around. If you can not act like an adult you will be told to leave. If you are caught taking something that isn’t supposed to be, again we will turn the video over to the police. We do this to help people, and resellers while we gain valuable space.

If you want to complain about free items please don’t come. There may be some trash or broken items. There will NOT be coins, high end collectibles, art, comics, video games, you get the idea.

Now the annoying things are over. There are some great electronics, various collectibles, very limited clothing, lots and lots of items.

We will cover it again in the morning but there will be NO racks, NO art or clothing to take unless disclosed. No totes are to be taken. I know it’s a lot but we unfortunately end up with idiots who ruin it almost every week, we are done with that especially for free items.

Lots of people have had fun and get great things. We hope to see you from 9-11. Nobody is getting in early and nobody is staying past 11. Enjoy!!
