Join us for our first sale of the season. This 4000 sf Bowery Street home is just off of Newport's famous Bellevue Ave. There is a large selection of fine furnishings, decorations, rugs, and household items available at this sale. Come refresh your summer home, your Air Bnb and furnish your new home. 

NOTE: Thurs. July 6th is a Pre- Sale night. That allows one to buy prior to the sale by paying a $10 entry fee. We should make it a sip and shop but sadly we are not allowed to do that. 

This list of items include:

Furniture: Furniture pieces by Baker, Maitland Smith, Theodore Alexander, Ethan Allen, Pottery Barn and more. Almost all of the furniture has been lovingly cared for and in VG condition. There are  3 bar carts, brass, wood and leather , metal and glass,. Theodore Alexander 2 drawer server, Maitland Smith galleried side table, a Marble top galleried center table, an onyx top cocktail table, There is a neo-classical style 2 drawer table ( used as a desk), a marble top console table, an English demilune curio cabinet, contemporary wood and metal tv stand and matching pair of etageres, decorative file cabinet on stand, industrial style wood coffee table on wheels, custom made steel bistro table, wash stands and work tables, occassional tables and a victorian marble top table,  There are 5 bedrooms full of furniture including a King Size Bassett bed, chest and nightstand, a king size classical style brass bed, three queen size beds with all mattresses and boxsprings that were in guest rooms ( rarely slept on ). One bedroom has art deco waterfall nightstands and a chest of drawers. There are upholstered benches.Upholstered slipper chairs and side chairs, a lingerie/jewelry chest, a futon, asian in spired bedroom furniture, a french country sideboard with mirror and so much more!!

Decoration: There are numerous wool oriental carpets of various size and color fields, a collection of contemporary and antique frame mirrors as well as pairs of mirrored and candle sconces, fine art and prints. there is a vintage brass men's valet. Beautiful bedding including the quilts, bedspreads, pillows, sheet sets etc. large Satsuma style vase, Lamps of all shapes and sizes, numerous storage baskets, Metal decorative easels, outdoor pillows and chair cushions,

Kitchenware ; There is a full kitchen and bar area that includes crystal by Waterford and Ralph Lauren, a collection of wine glasses, and daily use glassware, ceramic and porcelain dinner services, barware, numerous beverage buckets,  Pots ( incl 2 lobster pots)  and pans and silverware, Cusinart food processor and other small appliances.

A few special items I want to point out include a collection of Breyer Horses and a barn, and some horse riding gear including, jodphurs, 1/2 chaps, low boots and a riding helmet ( Dover Saddlery $300 new). Our client also has 4 formal dresses that  were unworn or worn once. They are medium and size 8, Also, a belted ladies Barbour ( oil cloth) sz 10. 

Other: A Dyson upright vacuum, Miele Blizzard CX-1 Vacuum, Several large smart TV's by Sony & Samsung, ladies beach cruiser, weber kettle grille, Ping Ping table, 2 Wilson tennis rackets, lacrosse stick, portable card/puzzle tableT, blow up mattress, Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and others, 2 pr Black & Decker Hedge Trimmer, Toro electric leaf blower vac, Huhu telescoping ladder, 2 metal and one soft sided crate( large), There is a small room devoted to holiday decorations with a wrapping table, ornaments, figures wreathes etc. Lots and lots of sterlite and other storage bins and holiday decoration bins.  Locking rifle case. Outdoor lanterns. Oh Yes! Puzzles, puzzles and more puzzles!
