ENTRANCE: RSVPS ARE NOT NECESSARY. EVERYONE IS INVITED BUT IF YOU'D LIKE TO BE ONE OF THE FIRST ONTO THE CONDO, PLEASE USE THE SITE'S LINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, WHICH WILL DICTATE ORDER OF ENTRY
BOOTIES: For this sale, you can keep your shoes on.
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale Patrons are responsible for moving their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases. Furniture will need to be moved out on Monday, June 22.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Masks are required by all buyers during pickups. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections. Visit the property at your own discretion. We are not responsible for parking tickets.
