We require respect towards buyers and staff as well as the neighbors and the home itself.

No early birds and we will open on the exact time. We reserve the right to exclude anything or refuse selling to anyone for poor behavior or arguing with staff or buyers.

We are starting off the year on a high note with a great sale. This will have some absolutely incredible items. We have some coins, the most incredible military items, tons of brand new clothing, shoes, furniture. Brand new kitchen items. Incredible tools for a shop, garden items, teak outdoor furniture, books, items from $1 to thousands of dollars it goes on and on!!!!

We price aggressively and most items are great deals, we ask you check it out and you will find amazing deals. We will be discounting most items from Sunday morning. We will have a second sale next weekend with more items. We'd like to sell it all and will do what we can to make that happen.

The time of our sale is the time posted. We will close the doors for the day at the time posted. We want this streamlined and fun for you all. We aren't holding items back and have listened to all the feedback and how we will do things.
