We do NOT start lists, and we do NOT follow if someone does. We go by an orderly line. Any issues we ask the parties to leave.

All sales are final, as is where is. There are no refunds. You must bring your own packing supplies and assistance when removing larger items. We have movers available who work for gratuities.

We require respect towards buyers and staff as well as the neighbors and the home itself.

We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, credit & debit. Sorry no checks.

No early birds and we will open on the exact time. We reserve the right to exclude anything or refuse selling to anyone for poor behavior or arguing with staff or buyers.

We are starting off the year on a high note with a great sale. This will have some absolutely incredible items. Sterling flatware, some coins, the most incredible military items, tons of brand new clothing, shoes, furniture. Brand new kitchen items. Incredible tools for a shop, garden items, tractor, edger, teak outdoor furniture, books, items from $1 to thousands of dollars it goes on and on!!!!

We are doing sales a little different going forward. Items will be priced, we will not be accepting ANY offers on Saturday. There is no haggling day 1. We price aggressively and most items are great deals. We will be discounting most items from Sunday morning. We will have a second sale next weekend with more items. Very limited items will not be discounted and are destined for auction if not sold. We'd like to sell it all and will do what we can to make that happen.

The time of our sale is the time posted. Late entries will not be allowed. We will close the doors for the day at the time posted. We want this streamlined and fun for you all. We aren't holding items back and have listened to all the feedback and how we will do things.
