Residence is in an HOA area and we must restrict traffic.
Please reply by email for scheduled appointments at

No phone in appointments will be accepted.
Sale starts at 9am on Saturday November 2nd
We will allow approx. 5 persons per hour to reduce traffic.
The location will not accommodate many vehicles.
There are many interesting items in this sale to include lots of fine art, antiques, household, cameras, books, etc.
