Tresor provides shopping bags, limited supply of boxes/packing material for all your purchases.
We can help you move some items to your car , if necessary. We will also have a fee paid moving service at the house on Sunday for your convenience.
All items must be removed from the house within 24 hours of the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made with Tresor.

This is the 2nd Renovation/Redecoration Sale we have done in Watch Hill in the past 3 months. The buyers, like us at Tresor, believe in recycling as much as possible. And, this sale is the ideal opportunity for anyone who is doing a renovation or decoration of their own home, cottage or rental to buy the highest quality items at low prices. The house was renovated by the previous owner several years ago to the tune of $12m. Rarely used, all items in the house are in very good condition.
Items available shall include: All custom, bath, bedroom, TV room cabinetry ( limited kitchen cabinets left), numerous solid oak panel, leaded glass and beveled glass interior and exterior doors ( solid brass or nickel Baldwin hardware) including several french door, Kohler jetted tubs of various sizes and Kohler toilets ( new), Sherle Wagner faucets, tub and shower faucets, towel bars, toilet paper holders etc, Solid nickel shower doors, leaded glass wall panels in showers, several styles of lighting. And, there is plenty of stone....marble ( travertine and more) and granite galore in the form of fireplace surrounds, countertops, walls and handrails. Lighting includes chandeliers, flush mount fixtures and wall sconces of various styles. Ah, all the hardwood flooring will also be available. Just ask and we shall let you know if we have it!!
Last but not least, there is some furniture. The furniture offerings are limited as the owner has not yet moved into the house and thus many items came with the house including 20 pieces of Lloyd Flanders classic style white wicker, set of 4 art decor channel back swivel chairs, 2 very 80's cocktail tables, one covered in goat skin and the other in tessellated bone.....and they are LARGE! There is a pair of Biedermeier chairs, a set of 6 Charles Allem mohair covered Parsons chairs, a Moura Starr sofa, and more items are coming to us each day.
