We accept Cash, and all major credit cards ( MC, Visa, Amex,Discover)for sales over $25. Checks accepted with proper ID for up to $250. All items are sold as is. All sales are final.
For this sale we have two strong men to help you move large items to your vehicle. We will also have a fee paid moving service at the house on Sunday for your convenience.

For most sales, items must be removed from the house within 24 hours of the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made with Tresor. For this sale we recognize moving of items will need to be coordinated and will happily work with you and offer a week or more for movement of items from the property.

The Wigwam is charming turn of the century Watch Hill cottage just down the street from The Ocean House. Magnificently situated, the owners have decided to raze the home and build a home more suitable for their needs. Environmentally minded, the owners would like to salvage and sell the building materials, bath fixtures, hard and soft landscape materials, appliances as well as the furnishings presently in the home. FURNISHINGS: Large Restoration hardware all weather wicker set incl. a sofa, loveseat, 2 side chairs, 2 ottomans, cocktail table, 2 side tables all in VG condition. A large set of Lane(?) white wicker including a sofa, a wing chair and ottoman, side chair, 2 ottomans, wheeled bar cart, a rocking chair and a 36" diam cocktail table with glass top. Plumbing fixutres incuding several toilets by Toto and American, cast iron and porcelain pediestal sinks, 2 goose neck shower and faucet set with enclosures, bar sink and faucet set.
