Living/ Limited Estate Sale

This is a living Estate sale in a private gated community in Aiken, SC, that will require you to call and make an appointment to view estate sale items. Items will require cash to purchase, I will take a cash down for larger items and balance due at pickup. You will need to provide means of moving items out of the house, including individuals to move larger items. Not responsible for accidents. We are consolidating two households into one so my estate is being sold off. Items for sale will be listed on a sale list that you may have when you make an appointment to view sale items. Reasonable offers will be considered. You will need to give us your full name, and phone number when you make your appointment so we can call you in a pass to entry this community. The sale will continue for as long as it takes to sell items, first caller get in first .
