Caring Transitions of Upstate South Carolina introduces the NORTH LAKE INTERNET AUCTION. It is a No Reserves auction. No Reserve is “code” for “great bargains”, and with bids beginning at $1.00 it is always fun. If you’ve never participated in an auction I can tell you that nearly everyone finds the process fun.
