VINTAGE, ANTIQUES, & BOOKS ONLINE AUCTION

All items in this auction are located in Anderson SC 29625.  The contents that were in this home are impressive and mostly antique and vintage - - - many outstanding furniture pieces, a huge book collection full of variety and value, numerous musical instruments, and art and décor thick with culture.  Beautiful antique and vintage furniture includes sofas, chairs, several tables, dressers with mirrors, a mirrored hall piece, and a huge bed frame and mirrored, buffet-type piece.  At least five of the pieces are circa 1870 by designer John Jelliff (New Jersey), one of the more popular craftsmen of the Victorian Renaissance Revival style from the 19^th century.  His female heads on the furniture reflect the goddess-like face of Jenny Lind, the opera star who was introduced in this country around the 1800’s by P.T. Barnum.  Amazing art includes a signed Mussolini portrait, a Martin Luther portrait, several vintage original pieces, Charleston themed art, and other limited edition, signed pieces.  Thousands of books include dozens of first edition novels.  Also are books on collecting, antiques, music, art, history, royalty, politics, celebrities and so much more! Some vintage items include dolls, toys, tons of sheet music, shortwave radio with microphone, décor items, kitchen items, hats, vases, china, figurines, a large set of Marcrest “Daisy Dot” stoneware, three decorative cases of silver plated flatware, many larger brass pieces and hundreds of records. There are many musical instruments, such as a huge marimba, a Winter piano (tuning dates started in 1952), a Cornish & Co. Organ, a Suzuki Digital piano, two vintage violins or fiddles, a vintage trumpet, a squeezebox and a lighted key Casio keyboard. Other items include stamps, a Star Wars collectible group, a pair of antique George Washington fire dogs, many nautical themed items, patio furniture, water fountain, two lawn mowers (one is electric), and so much more!  The list goes on and on!  Items are still being added to this auction, so make sure and check back in!
