Every bidder must register with a state issued ID and must have a number to bid.
Preview starts at 9 am and Auction starts promptly at 10 am
Everything is as where as no warranties All sales are final.
Everything must be removed on the day of sale. Arrangements can be made for the following day till 4pm. After 4pm 12/19 you will forfeit everything and lose your deposit. Your items will be discarded. Everything must be paid for before removing.
Auctioneer determines the final bid. All employees are entitled to bid.
15% Buyer's premium added to each purchase.
3% charge added if you use a credit card .If you are tax exempt you must supply your information prior to auction.
$50 Deposit on each unit $100 deposit on 2 or more units.
Sales tax applies unless you have a tax ID number PRIOR to bidding.
Uptown Auctions will not be liable for any damage.
Please cash out one time, do not cash out multiple times.
