~~~ We begin handing out entry numbers for lining up shoppers for when the doors open the first day of the sale beginning at 8:30am that day. Lining up by number for entry will occur approximately 10 minutes before the opening time. We reserve the right to distribute entry numbers per our client's discretion.
~~~ In our pictures, we try our best not to show items that are not included in that sale but sometimes these items may appear in the background of pictures. General rule, if you do not see a picture of just that item, then it is most likely not included in the sale.
~~~ Whereas we strongly discourage this of our clients; our clients may reserve the right to pull any shown item from the sale prior to or during the sale. Should this occur, we make every effort to promptly remove the photo and item description or mark it as "Sold".
~~~ Our Insurance does not allow our employees to load your purchases. Please do not purchase an item if you cannot remove the item yourself or have someone available to do so for you. On occasion our staff will assist in getting large items safely out of the house; when this occurs, gratuities to the staff members are greatly appreciated.

Our clients have decided to sell their country Bed & Breakfast and move onto a simpler way of life. With this move they are leaving behind most of the beautiful furnishings and most of the property maintenance items. Come prepared to shop the house and the barn.

Another not to be missed sale, out in the countryside of Catawba, SC.

Please Note: Due to the physical distance separating the house from the barn, you will have to choose whether to go into the house or the barn as your first entry option. Parking will be in the flat field in front of the barn. Please use the right entrance (as you face the house) for entering the property and the left entrance (as you face the house) for exiting. The circular driveway only accommodates movement in one direction. Thank you.

We will begin staging this home the week of Monday, August 08th; with final pictures posted by Thursday, August 11th. The list of items will grow daily, so please check back often for the additions.
