Terms and Conditions for Brooks Legacy Estate & Auctions Tag/Estate Sale
• All Sales Final: All sales are final, with no exceptions. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard. Please note, there is a 3% convenience fee added to all credit card transactions. Checks are not accepted.
• “As-Is, Where-Is” Policy: All items are sold “as-is, where-is,” with no guarantees or warranties. The purchaser assumes responsibility for inspecting items and accepts them with all faults.
• Liability Waiver: Brooks Legacy Estates & Auctions nor the homeowner, are liable for accidents or injuries that may occur on the property. Please exercise caution while attending the sale.
• Item Removal: All purchased items must be removed from the property on the day of the sale. Any items left behind will be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Packaging Materials: Please bring your own bags and boxes to pack purchased items.
• Loading Policy: Brooks Legacy Estates & Auctions STAFF are UNABLE to ASSIST with LIFTING OR LOADING items. We kindly ask that you come prepared with the necessary help and equipment for transporting your purchases.
