At Blue Moon, we are committed to the safety and health of our customers and the community at large. As a result of the ongoing COVID19 outbreak, we believe it is vital to introduce the following policies and guidelines:

1) STAGGERED ENTRY- We will be limiting entry to 8 persons at a time. We will be using a number system for entry, which will allow customers to stand at a distance from one another in the courtyard while awaiting entry. Upon arrival, customers will take a number and wait for that number to be called for entry into the home. This number system will allow customers to enter the home in the order in which they arrive without creating a line in which customers are standing close to one another.

2) HAND WASHING- We will provide hand sanitizer for customers to use as they enter the home. We have All sinks in the home will be open for use with soap and paper towels. We ask that customers wash their hands upon entering the home. Per CDC recommendations, we ask that customers refrain from touching the face- especially eyes, nose, and mouth. We ask that if any such contact occurs that customers please wash their hands again.

3) MASKS- As a courtesy to our staff, the homeowner, and all Blue Moon customers, we are continuing to require the use of masks while shopping in the home. Customers may use their own discretion regarding the use of masks while awaiting entry into the home, but once inside, we ask that customers keep their masks on at all times.

WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS & CREDIT CARDS WITH PROPER I.D.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1) We do not allow sold stickers other than our own. If you wish to purchase a large item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. Once you have placed a sold sticker on the item, you are committed to purchasing it. Please do not place a sticker on an item until you have fully decided to purchase it.

2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items are SOLD AS IS: NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.

3) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale. Discounts may occur over the course of the sale after the first day.

4) Buyer is responsible for removal of purchased large items by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not assist in loading large items.

5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.

6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.

7) If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please return the item to its place. If you are unable to, please give it to a Blue Moon employee.

8) If you break or damage an item you are responsible for the cost of the item.

9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house.

10) We do not do pre-sales or give out item prices prior to the estate sale.

11) We do not honor any written Sign-Up lists.
