All items need to be moved by buyer, however we have "guys" we can recommend that you can contact and hire to help you move an item from the premise. Neither Palmetto Estate Liquidators nor the Homeowner are responsible should you choose to hire the moving "guys".  We and/or the homeowner are also not responsible for any loss or damage to your person or belongings. There are some steep steps into the second floor unit, so please take great care on the steps. There is plenty of parking but please be considerate of neighbor's driveways and lawns.
