All deposits are non-refundable. Palmetto Estate Liquidators/POSH Estate Sale management reserves the right to deny access to any individual(s) to the property or sale if deemed necessary for any reason.
Neither POSH Estate Sales nor the OWNER are liable or responsible for any personal injury or vehicular damage while at the sale or on the sales property.
All items must be removed NO LATER than 3:30 PM on the last day of the sale, if not they will be resold.
