Tammie Quick Living Estate Sale

- A driver's license or state issued ID card is required.

- All items are sold in "As-Is" / "Where-Is" Condition

- Buyer is responsible for removing all items purchased the day it is purchased

- No early entry! Doors will open at published start time.

- Address will be released 24 hours prior to start of sale.

- Auction Company WILL NOT assist in load out - bring help for moving heavy items.

- Items must be paid in full prior to removal by cash or card.

- Items will be tagged with a price and that is the price of the item.

- Discounts by percentage will be offered beginning the second day through the end of the sale at the auctioneer's discretion. These discounts will be announced in person and by Facebook Live from the auction company's Facebook page.

- At the end of the last day, the auctioneer will offer bundles and consider offers at his discretion.

- The goal of the tag sale is to make as much money as possible for the seller while removing items from the house.

- Sale is conducted at a private residence. Please be respectful of the property.

- NO RESTROOMS PROVIDED.

- Please do not park on the grass or block anyone's driveway. 

- Auction company not responsible for accidents or tickets. Park and participate AT YOUR OWN RISK. Auction Company and/or Home Owner assumes NO RISK in your presence, participation or parking / driving.

- A 3% convenience fee will be added for credit / debit card transactions.

- South Carolina Sales tax will be collected

- Dealers or re-sellers may apply for sales tax exemption with proper documentation no less than 24 hours prior to the sale.

- Auctioneer may remove or add any items for any reason prior to each sale day.
