Cash and major credit cards accepted.
There is controlled entry. Numbers will be given out 15 minutes prior to start of sale ( 8:45 AM on Friday and Saturday) on a first come, first served basis.
Please bring your truck and moving help. It is the responsibility of the buyer to move all purchased items.
"As is, where is" No returns or exchanges.
All items must be moved by Saturday, November 10th at 2:30.
Neither Estate Transitions, LLC nor the homeowner is responsible for accidents.
We have a limited supply of wrapping materials, bags and boxes.
Please keep children ages 16 and under with you at all times. Please do not let them handle fragile items.
We do not preview, reveal prices, hold items or sell items prior to the sale.
