Description & Details

This estate is near Irmo and will run for 2 days only; Friday and Saturday from 11 to 2.  The first day is full price and the second day will be discounted at 50%; some items will not apply and will remain firm.  Masks must be worn to enter.  Should there be a crowd upon opening; a limited number will be allowed in.  This is a small home.  Numbers will be available at the door and if it is cold or raining, you may get your number and sit in your vehicle.  Please do not park in the neighbor's driveway and do not block their driveway.

If planning to purchase furniture and/or big items, please bring assistance to load and be prepared to remove the same day of purchase.  Prices will not be given before the sale.
