PLEASE Review. We appreciate your cooperation and support for the safety and wellbeing of all.
PARKING: Do not park on grass. Please park on one side of the street, right side. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, road passages. WE MAY MANAGE CAPACITY VOLUME INSIDE HOME IN FIRST HOUR OF SALE. PREPARE TO WAIT IN LINE OUTSIDE FOR YOUR TURN TO ENTER TO ENSURE QUALITY SHOPPING, SAFETY AND SECURITY. DO NOT block driveways for whatever reason. Do not park in home's driveway. No parking in driveway. You will be asked to move your vehicle so please park correctly not blocking or parking on grass. Come prepared to load up your purchases same day & prepare for stairs. USE CAUTION. Please do not buy if you cannot load/carry away.
PRICING/PURCHASING AND CHECK OUT: Some items have been tested, some have not been tested. Please inspect. All sales final, no refunds or returns. We are here for 3 days so that buyers can inspect item & make decision to buy. If you don’t want item on first day, then come back early second day to buy if item is still here. We do not hold items that are not fully paid for. Must inspect, ensure you can haul item away, then pay.
Unless marked otherwise, items are priced firm first sale day Friday, check out is Outside. Items are sold as is where is, all sales final. We reserve the right to price, reprice, price at check out on any item. Last day items may be open to OBO. Some featured items are reduced daily for the duration of the sale. Buyers must ensure they have a way to lift & haul purchases. If buying, please remove item at that time. Sunday 12 PM last hour to pick up purchases. We accept cash, debit/credit. There is a 3% transaction fee applied to any card transaction. Our company does NOT issue refunds, returns or authorized credit card charge backs. Any charge backs will be traced to CC user & any future purchases at any future sale dates will not be authorized & shopper will not be authorized to attend sale. All items purchased from a charge back are to be returned to the company. Buyers can bring in their wrapping paper/bags. Bags must be emptied & tallied at check out. We ask shoppers to be patient as we check all buyers out at check out areas.
An Estate Sale is a public space however No unauthorized sellers or selling is permitted on the property at any time. Grand Strand Estate Sales Company is contracted to be the sole sellers on the property during the public sale. Note, Our Estate Sale Team will Greet you with smiles while managing volume capacity so please expect to wait a bit before entering the main front door. Entry is Front Door, Exit is through the Garage where main Check Out will be. Can bring bag / & tote w/ name outside on driveway for items. We will check you out item by item, itemizing what is in your bag/tote.
Expect the following:
- to wait a few minutes before entering bw 9 am & 10 am Friday - this is to manage volume inside home & provide a nice & safe shopping experience.
- Open 8 am Saturday. Expect to wait a few minutes before entering bw 8 am & 9 am Saturday.
- Be asked to move your vehicle if you are blocking any driveway
