The larger items will have a two-part tear tag.......to purchase: write your name on the top section, tear off the bottom section and pay the cashier. In fairness to other customers, please do not change your mind once you tear off the tag.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

In addition to a house of beautiful & stylish furniture and home decor accessories, there are taxidermy animals (bobcat and fox), a Howard Miller grandfather clock, 52" Panasonic flat screen TV, Thomas Kincaid oil painting, full length mink coat, "Dirty Harry" vintage pinball machine, game table, gun cabinet, Ducks Unlimited prints and beer steins/mugs, etc...
Tons of Christmas decorations including Dept. 56 North Pole village (the homeowners are company reps).
Lots of beaded & crystal jewelry (including beads & jewelry making supplies)
Home decor: large potted artificial plants, mirrors, area rugs, lamps, framed prints, sculptures, knick-knacks, etc.....
More photos and details will be updated and/or deleted a few days prior to the sale.
****Notice the hours.....starting promptly at 10 and closing at 2....this is a private community so the time will be very limited. Please be respectful of the neighbor's driveway.
There will be NO directional signs....only a balloon near the front door of the house. In order not to draw too much attention to the tag sale (since they are frowned upon in the neighborhood), please do not arrive too early and wait at the door.
Coincidently there is a craft sale at the clubhouse (near the front entrance of the development) on Saturday........ so it's not necessary to tell anyone at the guard gate that you are coming to a tag sale.......just smile and wave:)
