~~~ Please be advised, set-up and sale days are very busy, and phone calls may not be returned until after the sale.
~~~ We begin handing out entry numbers for lining up shoppers for when the doors open the first day of the sale beginning at 8:30am that day. Lining up by number for entry will occur approximately 10 minutes before the opening time. We reserve the right to distribute entry numbers per our client's discretion.
~~~ Whereas we strongly discourage this of our clients; our clients may reserve the right to pull any shown item from the sale prior to or during the sale.
~~~ Our Insurance does not allow our employees to move and load your purchases. We apologize in advance. Please do not purchase an item if you cannot remove the item yourself or have someone available to do so for you.
~~~ Homeowner, nor Caring Transitions, are responsible for injuries during the sale.

Another client downsizing, this time from Catawba, SC to Fort Mill, SC. What they've decided to part with we've brought to our warehouse to make available to you. An eclectic collection of furniture, housewares, linens and more. A mix of styles for any taste.
We are back at our warehouse for this weekend after conducting some very successful on-site sales. This is the weekend to come out to our warehouse for some great buys before we start another stint of on-site sales.
