~~~ We begin handing out entry numbers for lining up shoppers for when the doors open the first day of the sale beginning at 7:30am that day. Lining up by number for entry will occur approximately 10 minutes before the opening time. We reserve the right to distribute entry numbers per our client's discretion.
~~~ In our pictures, we try our best not to show items that are not included in that sale but sometimes these items may appear in the background of pictures. General rule, if you do not see a picture of just that item, then it is most likely not included in the sale.
~~~ Whereas we strongly discourage this of our clients; our clients may reserve the right to pull any shown item from the sale prior to or during the sale. Should this occur, we make every effort to promptly remove the photo and item description or mark it as "Sold".
~~~ Our Insurance does not allow our employees to load your purchases. Please do not purchase an item if you cannot remove the item yourself or have someone available to do so for you. On occasion our staff will assist in getting large items safely out of the house; when this occurs, gratuities to the staff members are greatly appreciated.

Our client has considerably downsized in preparation for a move to Washington State and a much smaller, simpler way of life. They've left behind IKEA and IKEA-like furnishings perfect for students heading off to college, a first home, or anyone that prefers the simple, clean lines of Scandinavian furniture. We've brought what they no longer needed to our conveniently located warehouse to make them available to you.

This is the Saturday to come out to our warehouse for some great buys. Specially marked down prices on select items in the warehouse, just look for the starburst behind the price tag for these specially reduced priced items.

Due to the extreme heat predicted for Saturday, July 30; we will be opening the warehouse at 8:00am and closing at 2:00pm. Please note, this is an hour earlier than we normally open on Saturday. Numbers will be handed out starting at 7:30AM.

Pictures for this sale will be added starting the week of Monday, July 25th; with final pictures posted on Friday, July 29th. Be sure to check back often to see what will be included in this sale.
