Palmetto Estate Liquidators accepts CHECKS & CASH ONLY. All sales are sold as-is and are final. All sold items must be removed before the end of the sale by the buyer's own "muscle". All deposits are non-refundable. Palmetto Estate Liquidators/POSH Estate Sale management reserves the right to deny access to any individual(s) to the property or sale if deemed necessary for any reason.
Neither POSH Estate Sales nor the OWNER are liable or responsible for any personal injury or vehicular damage while at the sale or on the sales property.
All items must be removed NO LATER than 3:30 PM on the last day of the sale, if not they will be resold.
All deposits made to hold an item are NON-REFUNDABLE.
NOTHING IS ON HOLD WITHOUT MONEY! If you need to go get the monies outside of the property, without anything to hold the item, it is not on hold.
