Please help us create a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone by following these guidelines:

PAYMENT- We accept cash, credit cards and Venmo. 3% credit card fee and 6% SC state tax apply.

PARKING- Be mindful of “No Parking” signs. Do not block driveways, mailboxes or entrances to neighborhood. Do not park on lawns.

* ENTRANCE LINE - Please line up at the front in the order you arrived to the sale. Please be respectful, considerate and kind to other customers.

BOXES/ BAGS- Please limit the number of boxes or bags to 1 per customer.

PRICING- Items are priced as marked. Items will be discounted 50% on Saturday except firm items. We do not release or discuss pricing before the sale. No phone sales.

* SOLD ITEMS- Place “SOLD” stickers on the claim ticket of large, heavy items and remove bottom of claim ticket to present at checkout. Do not remove other customers “SOLD” stickers.

* SECURE your selected items at the “HOLDING TABLE” area located near checkout. Items placed at the “Holding Table” are considered SOLD. If you change your mind, another interested buyer may have missed an opportunity to purchase the item.

* ALL SALES FINAL- no refunds or exchanges. Items sold in “as-is” condition. Carefully look over, measure or test items (ie. electronics, clocks, lamps or kitchen appliances) before purchasing.

* BROKEN ITEMS- Please handle all items with care and respect. If you break it, you pay the marked price on the item. Keep a close eye on your children at all times. Ask a friendly Green Acorn Estate Sales employee for assistance.

* MOVERS/LOADERS- Bring your own help to move/load items. Green Acorn Estate Sales employees can not help move or load items. Carefully remove large items to avoid damage to the home or item.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK- Stay alert- watch your step and stay focused. We are not responsible for accidents resulting in injury or property damage while on the premises.

CAMERAS- Security cameras may be in use- by entering you are consenting to being photographed or videotaped.

THEFT will not be tolerated. Please do not swap price stickers.

NO food or drinks allowed inside home. Do NOT leave trash on premises. NO public restrooms.

We reserve the right to open early due to the weather or to help with traffic flow. We reserve the right to limit the number of customers in the home if needed for a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
