Eclectics S. Del Norte Rd Estate Sale

John and Karen from Landrum Eclectics in Landrum and a couple of  good friends, are going to be hosting an Estate in the Del Norte neighborhood of Greenville, really close to the Taylors line next Friday and Saturday, October 27th and 28th, from 830 to 230 each day…
Honestly, the house was,  and still is, PACKED, a little bit of a hoarder situation but we have managed to make it navigable…. Everything must go and will be priced to sell… there is so much stuff, we won’t be able to price it all, so certain  unpriced items can  be negotiated from day one!
The former owner was a florist and seamstress and so for those into quilting or making anything from cloth, there are literally hundreds if not thousands of swatches, flower arrangements and wreaths for all seasons and holidays; whatever the occasion, this lady had something for it and stored it away! There is  normal household  furniture, dining room pieces by Pennsylvania House and Ethan Allen, wicker and it’s more longer lasting weather proof version, ‘plicker’ (plastic wicker)furniture, a Lane cedar chest, chests of drawers and queen size bed by Bassett, loveseats, VERY vintage litho tin wind up toys, Dept 56 Christmas stuff, jigsaw puzzles, books, kitchenware, glassware of all sorts including Gorham crystal in the Lady Anne pattern, an absolutely amazing assortment of hand stitched and bought infant and baby clothing from the 1960s and 70s in like new condition…oh, and last but not least for this notice, hundreds of pieces of sterling and better costume jewelry by Brighton, Pandora, and Honora pearls…

Folk art plush animals by Ms. Noah of Holly Hill SC, including Pumpkin, Edgar Allen Crow, Turkey and Geese! Books, games, Purses by Dooney and Bourke, Coach, Vera Bradley, Fenton glass, ruby flashed glass, Nikki Christmas china, Mottahedeh dishes, Lenox china, Belleek, lamps, Christopher Radko Christmas items including a small  ornament covered tree, great vintage 1950s and 60s blown glass ornaments, a 5 piece stacking, sectional machinists chest in the Globe Wernicke style with 36 flat drawers,  some all wood, some wood fronted with metal drawers…
