We accept Cash, Checks with proper ID, and all major credit cards. We will be available to let you pick up large items after sale hours if needed, However, all items must be picked up by the end of day, June 15, 2024. Pickups after the sale are by appointment only. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on this property. We will have boxes and bags for you to carry your smaller purchases. If you anticipate buying a large piece of furniture, please bring help for loading. All sales are final with no expressed guarantees or warranties. No returns will be accepted.

We have a great sale lined up for you. This estate is full of antiques and collectibles. Be sure to look at all of the pictures. Here is a partial list of the items we have:

Furniture: We have some beautiful Antique bedroom sets which include a tall oak bed, dresser & night stand, brass bed , washstands and more. We have a King size mahogany Rice bed with highboy and dresser. There are several trunks and a large antique toolbox. We have a small bar that would be suitable for any den or man cave. We have a long dining table that can seat 10 with matching chairs. A long buffet and spectacular china cabinet. Sofas and numerous side chairs. End tables, coffee tables and more.

Collectibles: This household has many collectables such as : German Steins and pottery, Royal Doulton Face mugs and Toby mugs, Hummel figurines, Fenton Glass, Hull pottery, Indian artifacts, and much more.

China and Crystal: We have several complete sets of china. We have desert rose, friendly village, Christmas patterns and quite a few pieces of crystal.

Linens: Some of the nicest antiques linens and needlework, quilts & quilt tops I have ever seen. Old hand made bedding.

Pictures: Art by Jim Harrison and Jim Booth as well as several local artist. Needlepoint and cross-stitch samples.

Clothes: We have a large amount of ladies clothes and shoes.

Books: We have some antique books as well as a large collection of religious books,

Outdoor Items: There are several bird baths and concrete items.

Garage: There is a two car garage full of items. From tools, shelving, fishing gear, and plenty of box lots.
